Developing strength through teamwork

The Chasing Kilos Weightlifting team is a group of athletes that train together to advance their practice, and the sport of weightlifting overall. 

The team meets four times a week out of CrossFit Prospect Heights, and competes regularly, both locally and nationally. New and experienced athletes interested in committing to a serious Olympic lifting program are welcome to join. Email chasingkgs@gmail.com to schedule a time to visit.
